We strive to deliver the best possible service. If something does not go as expected, we encourage you to let us know. You can share your concern with your regular contact at the Netherlands Compliance Institute or with Diane Wielenga directly. All complaints are treated with confidentiality. We aim to respond within one working week, and if more time is needed we will update you as quickly as possible.
Reports submitted to the Netherlands Compliance Institute are subject to the statutory retention period of two years.
